Ashtead Technology are looking for an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to join the team in Houston!
This role is central to keeping our workshop operations running efficiently, supporting both administrative and technical processes. You’ll be involved in everything from managing documentation and purchase orders to assisting with equipment work orders and supporting project mobilisations. If you enjoy variety, attention to detail, and being at the heart of a busy workshop environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Day to day tasks will include but not limited to:
- Handling a range of office administration tasks, including processing invoices, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining organised records.
- Preparing and raise accurate purchase orders in line with company procedures.
- Liaising with manufacturers to track repairs, resolving pricing queries, and monitoring outstanding contract parts.
- Providing administrative support for contracts as required.
- Logging and managing support tickets, assisting with troubleshooting and queries in NetSuite (ERP).
- Previous experience in a similar Administrative role and/or industry
- Proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills, able to work independently or collaboratively and take on a variety of tasks as needed.
