Project Administrator

What you'll do:

- Perform administrative tasks such as reviewing invoices for accuracy, supporting the development of proposals, scheduling meetings, etc.

- Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality

- Assist with project controls as it pertains to Initiation, Planning, Executions Monitor & Control, and Closure.

- Prepare and/or edit internal scopes of work, estimates, budgets, letters, faxes, memos, and emails

- Entering Project into internal WMS and tracking sheets.

- Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims system

- Organize, compile and submit support documentation on completion of a project

- Keep track of and report on the project progress, changes, and schedules of all new and ongoing projects and maintains up-to-date notes

- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed

- Coordinating with other internal teams such as the permit team

- Assists project with customer communication and interactions

- Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work so proper assistance to the Project Manager can be provided

- Submit any required information to the client as directed by the Project Manager

- Provide excellent customer service

- Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner

- This position requires being in the office at least 2 days a week, with some flexibility based on project needs.

Minimum Requirements:

- 0-3 years of business management, project administration or similar experience

- High School Diploma or GED required
