Job Details

The Mechanical Assembly Technician supports the

, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established procedures and standards.

- Internal: Service Workshop, Customer Service, QHSES, and Engineering teams

Main Responsibilities

- Assemble and test mechanical/hydraulic components following detailed work instructions, specifications, and safety standards.

- Develop and apply basic skills in the operation of tools, equipment, and materials related to assembly and testing activities.

- Identify various product and tooling properties to support efficient workflow.

- Complete all required documentation, including test reports, failure reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), as requested.

- Clean and prepare components according to written or verbal instructions.

- Assist senior technicians with advanced assembly and testing activities, ensuring all equipment, tooling, and spare parts are ready for use.

- Learn and follow all safety procedures and quality standards in daily operations.

- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical diploma preferred.

- Experience: Basic knowledge or exposure to mechanical tools, equipment, and techniques.

- Skills: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to follow instructions precisely, and commitment to safety.

Work Environment

- Primarily shop-based, with high noise levels and occasional exposure to chemicals or high-pressure equipment.

- May require working in varying weather conditions.

- PPE and safety training provided.
