Wage Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
As a Project Administrator at CIMS LP, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by providing co-ordination, planning and control of projects across each stage of a project plan while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.
In this role, you will be accountable for:
- Coordinating the execution of Projects to ensure Client requirements are met.
- Supporting Project Payroll initiatives including Timekeeping.
- Organizing the administrative set up of projects in the InEight system.
- Providing Administrative Support to the life cycle of the Project.
A successful candidate would be an individual who has:
- Completion of a 2- or 3-year college program in business administration OR;
- 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting field or construction project-based administration.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in computer Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook with advanced Excel experience preferred.
