Mesa Associates, Inc. is currently searching for an Associate Projects Controls Specialist I (PCS) (full-time remote), which is an entry level to Project Controls. The Associate Project Controls Specialist will report directly to the Project Control Group Lead/Administration Manager while supporting the Directors within the business unit. Provides support to project teams by accurately collecting project information, validating, and entering cost and schedule data in a timely manner. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills/Responsibilities

Supports project teams by accurately collecting project information, validating, and entering cost and schedule data in a timely manner. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

They assist in setting up projects in Mesa's internal Microsoft ERP - UAE system, helping update the work breakdown structure and generating reports while developing competencies in cost analysis, forecasting, and change management.

Effective communication, teamwork, and a questioning mindset are essential as they collaborate with Project Controls Specialist, Senior Project Controls Specialist, Project Controls Group Lead, and Project Managers.

Educational Requirements: Proficient computer skills using MS Office tools and the most current project management software programs. Proficient Microsoft Excel skills are a must. Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interface with project management and engineering staff and professional customers is a must. Must be able to work within strict deadlines and be detail oriented.

Professional relationship skills that include adaptability and the ability to resolve problems. Must be able to perform in a team environment. Knowledge of Microsoft ERP / UAE is a plus but internal training will be provided. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years related experience preferred.
