# Job Description Summary

Manage, review and resolve the workflows generated by the new ERP related to the differences between purchase orders and supplier invoices, ensuring an efficient payment process and minimizing delays.

# Job Description

1. Review daily the workflows generated by the ERP related to discrepancies between orders and invoices.

2. Coordinate with material planners, buyers, and suppliers to resolve these discrepancies effectively.

3. Document recurring problems, analyze them, and propose continuous process improvements.

4. Keep the monitoring of payments and pending workflows updated, guaranteeing visibility and control.

5. Support training in the management of workflows and adaptation to the new ERP process.

6. Request changes to payment terms in collaboration with the Sourcing team when necessary.

7. Collaborate with external accounts payable teams to expedite payments or resolve vendor issues

8. Keep supplier information updated in the ERP system and on the Supplier Connect platform.

9. Proactively inform suppliers about purchase orders that have not yet been invoiced.

10. Carry out periodic audits of the material received to ensure that all deliveries comply with the established documentation.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferred.

Analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.

Proficient in MS Applications (Excel is a must) and SAP.

One (1) to three (3) years' experience in Accounts payable or related field.

Fully bilingual.
