Welder

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, Experienced Welder to join our busy welding shop. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction and welding experience who can work independently, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG Flux Core welding on steel materials

- Assist with fabrication and shop production as needed

- Read tape measures, blueprints, and make accurate cuts

- Load and unload tools and materials

- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Keep the shop clean and organized

- Take trash out weekly (including picking up after dogs)

- Follow all safety rules and shop procedures

- Work as a team and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Qualifications:

- Proven welding experience using MIG Flux Core

- Basic construction experience

- Ability to read a tape measure and make precise cuts

- Clean driving record

- Valid photo ID

- Reliable transportation

- Available for overtime as needed

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet

- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Schedule: typically Mon-Fri from 7am-3:30pm (30min unpaid lunch)

May vary depending on on-going projects' needs.

Shop is located in a residential area close to Valencia & Cardinal.

Pay & Benefits

- $18–$20/hour depending on experience

- First 2 months: 1099 contractor paid via Zelle

- After 3 months: Full-time employee with benefits, including:

- Accrued sick time

- PTO

- Holiday pay

Start pay range is between $18 and $20, depending on experience
