Job Title:

Warehouse Administrative Assistant

The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the distribution of work orders, problem solving of inventory discrepancies and assisting in scanning of certifications. The successful candidate will be able to perform all responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Monday Friday 5pm - 10pm

- Distribution of work orders and other paperwork

- Problem solving of inventory discrepancies

- Assisting in scanning of certifications

- Any other tasks assigned by manager

Skill And Qualifications

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Flexibility and multi-tasking, ability to undertake several tasks at once and manage them efficiently and accurately

- Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision

- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
