The

VP, Project Transformation

will drive transformative change in execution, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence for DEPCOM Power's EPC portfolio. As a senior leader, you will help transform the construction capability and lead strategic cost reduction, process innovation, and building best-in-class teams.

What You Will Do Strategic Leadership & Transformation

- Set the Vision: Own and execute the transformation roadmap to deliver step-change reductions in installed cost, productivity, and schedule certainty

- Transform the Business: Champion a culture of disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and rapid adoption of new methods and technologies across all construction workstreams

- Self-Perform Capability: Support DEPCOM's self-perform construction model, helping to architect the capability, systems, and processes for long-term competitive advantage

Operational & Organizational Excellence

- Mentor & Develop: Mentor a deep bench of construction leaders and SMEs, fostering a practical, hands-on, and high accountability culture

- Process Discipline: Lead the creation, standardization, and relentless refinement of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation

- Cost Competitiveness: Identify, pilot, and scale end-to-end cost reduction strategies; track and move the needle on install cost, schedule and productivity metrics

Cross-Functional & Change Leadership

- Change Agent: Drive and manage large scale change initiatives, challenging entrenched practices and rapidly converting "bets" into operational reality

- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, EH&S, Quality, and Project Delivery to deliver project centric, value driven solutions

- Executive Reporting: Provide transparent, actionable feedback and performance reporting to the senior leadership team; shape organizational investment in construction capability

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Progressive leadership experience in large scale solar/BESS or complex infrastructure EPC environments

- Demonstrated P&L or major cost center responsibility

- Track record of turnaround or transformative leadership with measurable results in cost reduction and productivity improvement

- Deep knowledge of self-perform construction models, operations, and industry best practices

- Experience leading organization capability buildouts and talent development at scale

What Will Put You Ahead

- Experience introducing transformative technologies (automation, modularization, digital workflows)

- Advanced knowledge of safety/quality systems and regulatory compliance in major EPC projects

- Demonstrated P&L or major cost center responsibility of $100mm+ portfolio - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large scale solar/BESS or complex infrastructure EPC environments

For this role, we anticipate paying $250,000 - $300,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
