VP Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee the organisation’s operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, driving efficiency, and ensuring the achievement of organisational goals. This senior leadership role requires a proactive individual with strong management, supervising experience, and exceptional leadership skills to foster a high-performance culture across all departments.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organisational objectives to optimise performance and growth.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.

- Lead, motivate, and manage senior managers and department heads to achieve operational excellence.

- Implement best practices in management processes, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for the executive team to inform strategic decision-making.

- Foster a positive organisational culture centred on continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

- Manage budgets, optimise costs, and ensure financial sustainability of operations.

- Establish strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support organisational growth initiatives.

Requirements

- Proven supervisory experience in a senior management role within a comparable industry.

- Demonstrable management skills with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate staff at all levels.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strategic thinker with sound decision-making capabilities under pressure.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
