BBA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Power & Renewables team. In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of engineering consulting projects across the power sector, working closely with senior project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction. This position is well suited for a Project Manager with prior consulting or project delivery experience who is looking to take on increasing responsibility while continuing to develop their technical, commercial, and leadership skills. - Plan and deliver assigned power projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Manage smaller to medium-scale engineering projects and support larger or higher-risk projects under senior guidance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, change management, and key performance indicators
- Prepare and present project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and project setup activities
- Build strong client relationships by proactively managing expectations and addressing issues

- Experience in an engineering consulting environment is a strong asset
- Exposure to power, utilities, energy, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting
- PMP certification (or working toward) is an asset
- Meaningful project responsibility with senior mentorship

- Annual base salary $98,000 - $120,500
