Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, the
Total Rewards Analyst
is responsible for assisting in the development, communication and maintenance of Total Rewards programs including pension, benefit, reward & recognition and compensation.
Major Responsibilities•Provide advanced analytics on compensation, benefit and pension programs, and present findings/recommendations for implementation.
•Participate in and complete compensation surveys, compile results and conduct related analysis.
•Lead Job Evaluation processes for unionized and non-unionized positions. Including meetings with leaders and employees to understand roles, providing advice on the process, communicating with the union as well as administration, and tracking job descriptions.
•Lead our long service award program in Guusto, acting as a support to all employees and as the main point of contact for the vendor.
•Develop communication materials to educate employees about Total Rewards programs.
•Participate in developing presentations and materials for presentation to senior leaders and/or the Board.
•Support the annual compensation planning process from planning to implementation.
•Workday testing for Total Rewards programs.
•Assist in the administration of Total Rewards programs.
•Provide consultation to employees, HRBPs, Recruitment and leaders on all Total Rewards programs.
Education Required
•University degree with a focus in Human Resource Management
Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum of 5 years related Total Rewards administration experience
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations based on data and findings.
•Advanced skills in Excel with the ability to analyze complex multi-dimensional data.
•Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
•Accustomed to and adept at working with sensitive, highly confidential information in a professional manner.

•Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple, often conflicting priorities
•Results oriented with strong organizational skills. Adept at managing issues/projects with tight deadlines.
•Good oral/written communication skills.
•Proven business acumen and attention to detail.

Location:
This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place
(141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB)
. You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
