Overview
The Total Rewards Coordinator will be a crucial part of the Total Rewards team, reporting directly to the Director, Total Rewards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of CB&I’s comprehensive total rewards programs.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. This position provides a solid foundation in employee benefits and a chance to explore the multifaceted world of total rewards.
Responsibilities•Administer and communicate various benefits and programs, apply relevant regulations, policies and procedures to business issues and day-to-day responsibilities
•Coordinate the daily administration of all health and welfare benefit plans.
•Respond to benefit inquiries from plan participants relating to eligibility, plan provisions, enrollments and status changes.
•Assist with the employee benefits onboarding process by providing comprehensive explanations of benefits, when needed, ensuring employee enrollments are completed timely, the appropriate vendors are notified and the employees’ records are constantly maintained and updated.
•Review and ensure timely processing of benefit invoices accurately and maintain internal reports to appropriately track status.
•Conduct audits of employee eligibility and enrollment information to ensure accuracy in all systems and databases.
•Update and maintain all benefits information and documents on CB&I’s intranet site.
•Assist with the coordination of team and vendor meetings.
•Assist employees with offboarding including answering questions and resolving issues related to COBRA.
•Participate in the Open Enrollment process, ongoing benefit program implementations and/or upgrades to the company’s HRIS system.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•At least 2-4 years of experience as a human resource and/or benefits professional preferably within a similar industry.
•Experience with HR systems, preferably Peoplesoft, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
•Bilingual preferred, but not required.
