Torque Labourer / Frac Watch Hands

Thrasher Oilfield Services is seeking reliable and hardworking Field Technicians to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our oilfield services during our busiest time of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform field operations, including wellhead construction and maintenance

- Operate hydraulic torque wrenches and other equipment safely and efficiently

- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting

- All Oilfield Safety Tickets ( First Aid/H2S/CSO/AWP/FALL ARREST)
