Join our team as a Rig Support Field Hand, where you will play a crucial role in the oil and gas industry! In this hands-on position, you would be responsible for rig support. You will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters.
- Clamp lay flat, suction hose, discharge hoses, and assisting rig project operators.
- Perform rigging tasks to ensure safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain operational standards and comply with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of rig support field activities and equipment usage.
- Available to work full-time plus overtime (day, night, weekends).
- Valid DL with clean record (CDL a plus)
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Basic electrical knowledge a plus.
- Previous experience on oil rigs or in the oil & gas industry a plus.
- Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members.
- Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals.
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and DOT alcohol screenings.
Work schedule varies according to demands of job assignments (12-14 hour workdays).
