Cool Air Rentals is seeking a driven and results-focused Territory Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Edmonton!

If you're a natural communicator with a proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience especially in the HVAC or a related industry we want to hear from you! We're looking for someone who can analyze market trends, negotiate with confidence, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.


About the Role:

As our Territory Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in growing our presence across Edmonton by identifying, developing, and closing temporary HVAC rental opportunities. Your customer-first approach will strengthen client relationships, expand our reach, and drive consistent revenue growth.


About Cool-Air Rentals:

Cool Air Rentals has been a leading supplier of temporary air conditioning and heating equipment since 1995. Our purpose-built equipment is designed to roll in, plug in, and turn on. We support a diverse range of clients, which include large commercial and industrial facilities, manufacturing, construction and healthcare facilities. With offices in B.C. and Alberta, we are proud of what we have built and are excited to continue growing our team!


Responsibilities:

- Develop an annual territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

- Execute The Plan while prioritizing opportunities that drive market and customer growth.

- Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline of customers.

- Possess deep market awareness by staying in touch with market trends and the competition.

- Maintain current knowledge related to our products, solutions and key industries.

- Create and maintain relationships at strategic levels with key customer accounts.

- Coordinate with our Inside Rental Specialists to prepare rental contracts.

- Provide support to the AR team for collections on Projects.

- Maintain accurate CRM records.

- Report on sales data and provide insights to leadership.

- Provide technical presentations to facilitate customer awareness of our solutions.

This role requires travel within the city and regional territory


Your Background:

You are a results-driven professional who excels both independently and in team environments. You act with integrity and never shy away from a challenge. Ideally, your background includes both technical and sales experience, allowing you to connect with all levels of an organization. You will be developing relationships with executives, contractors, technicians, engineers, and construction professionals. You are a consummate sales hunter, motivated by learning about organizations, educating customers, and providing impactful solutions to their temporary climate control problems.


What You Bring to the Table:

- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing.

- Proven success in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry in HVAC or Construction.

- A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.

- Strong organization and time management.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication.

- Self-starter and problem solver who acts with a high level of integrity.

- Demonstrated market development experience.

- Passionate about growth and continuous learning.

- Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, CRMs, LinkedIn).

- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
