Technical Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a technically strong, client-focused Implementation Solutions Engineer to lead the design and deployment of tailored solutions using our cutting edge PaaS platform. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and business strategy.

You will act as the technical conduit for client implementations — translating business requirements into scalable architecture, guiding projects from kickoff through go-live, and ensuring long-term platform success.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the platform.

- Develop detailed implementation architectures, technical specifications, and delivery plans.

- Own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle from discovery through production launch.

- Establish timelines, manage technical risks, and ensure successful delivery against milestones.

- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.

- Diagnose and resolve integration, configuration, and performance issues using strong debugging skills.

- Lead technical workshops and implementation sessions with stakeholders.

- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.

- Provide structured feedback to influence roadmap enhancements.

- Partner with Sales to deliver technical demonstrations and contribute to solution proposals for strategic opportunities.

- Support clients through launch and adoption, ensuring a seamless transition to steady-state operations.

Required Qualifications

- 3–4 years of professional software development experience

- Strong programming foundation: C# preferred

- Experience designing or integrating with APIs

- Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions

- Excellent communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

- Strong documentation and engineering discipline

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field

- Background in System development and client-facing technical roles

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

- Familiarity with REST APIs, Kubernetes, and relational databases

- Prior customer-facing experience is highly valued

Pay: $93,365.63 - $112,440.34 per year
