Northwest Pump is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting recruiting efforts across a range of hands-on technical roles, including warehouse, operations, and select administrative positions.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and partnering with hiring managers to bring strong talent into the organization. You’ll start out with strong support and guidance, and as you gain experience, take on increasing responsibility and ownership of recruiting processes.

• 1+ years of recruiting experience supporting hands-on technical roles such as manufacturing, construction, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, warehouse, distribution, or similar fields preferred
• Ability to manage multiple job postings and shifting hiring priorities
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; self-motivated
• Committed to ethical recruiting practices and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
