Talent Acquisition Specialistto manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt, and field-based roles. This is an exciting opportunity to develop sourcing strategies, partner with leadership, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while supporting organizational growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, exempt, high-volume, and field-based roles
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring decisions
- Prepare and extend employment offers; negotiate within market guidelines
- Manage pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS
- Track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring volume
- Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and employment laws
- Represent the company professionally to candidates, vendors, and external partners
- Support continuous improvement in recruiting systems, processes, and employer branding
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably high-volume or multi-role
- Experience recruiting professional, exempt, technical, or field-based roles
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting in industrial services, infrastructure, utilities, or environmental services
- Supporting multi-location or high-growth organizations
- Familiarity with employment law, compliance, and recruiting metrics
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and ADP Workforce Now
- HR certifications: SHRM, HRCI, or related
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee regularly operates standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, copiers, and calculators. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is primarily in an indoor office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. The employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, slippery or wet surfaces, and proximity to equipment or moving parts. Occasional evenings, weekends, or varying shifts may be required based on business needs.
