Support supplier risk management and alternative sourcing strategies.

Lead contract negotiations to achieve favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.

Partner with Legal to draft, review, execute and amend supplier agreements.

Partner with Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.

Mentor and support junior team members, promoting best practices and process adherence.

Essential education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Essential experience

5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities

Effective communicator and influencer

Results-oriented and process-driven

Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable criteria

Experience managing multi-category sourcing (direct, indirect, services, or capital equipment).

Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, DOMO).

Experience with supplier scorecards, SRM programs, or operational excellence initiatives.

Master’s degree or MBA.
