Store Stock Associate

The Store Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring that all merchandise, coolers, and shelves are properly stocked, organized, and presented to create a positive shopping experience for customers. This role also supports overall store standards by assisting with cleaning, sanitation, and general upkeep of the stores facilities, including restrooms and parking areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock, rotate, and face merchandise on shelves, displays, and coolers to maintain a full and organized presentation.

- Monitor product levels, check expiration dates, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stocking procedures.

- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing store deliveries.

- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, coolers, restrooms, and backroom areas in line with company standards.

- Support upkeep of the stores exterior, including trash removal, sweeping, and maintaining the parking lot area.

- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and merchandising guidelines.

- Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or safety hazards to management promptly.

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers when approached, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, dependable, and able to follow instructions and procedures.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced retail environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

- Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability as needed.
