Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is critical to driving our sales initiatives forward and expanding our market presence in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

- Parking Garages and Facilities


- Auto Dealer Groups


- Workplace Charging Programs


- Rental Centers and Malls

- Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align messaging, develop compelling sales materials, and ensure seamless lead generation and nurturing processes.

- CRM System Management: Structure and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance sales efficiency, improve pipeline visibility, and generate actionable insights.

- Client Engagement: Travel regularly to attend trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings to build relationships, represent Dunamis Charge, and identify partnership opportunities.

- Business Development: Meet with potential clients to understand their energy needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts that drive mutual success.


Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in the Electric Vehicle market, with deep understanding of EV charging infrastructure, market trends, and key stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

- Strong ability to structure and manage CRM systems effectively.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment with strong self-management skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Real Estate and Engineering, particularly as it relates to property development, commercial real estate, or infrastructure projects.

- Existing network of contacts in the EV charging or commercial real estate sectors.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

- Experience with trade show planning and execution.
