The Sales Associate will proactively seek out new projects, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to scaling the company to new levels while learning about our products, services, and industry segments.
Candidates must have prior knowledge or experience with industrial products and services that include fabrication, modular equipment, measurement systems, skids, valves, and related components, to ensure immediate alignment with customer needs and industry expectations.
This is not a 9-5 account maintenance position during weekdays only. Sales growth of the magnitude the company aspires to support and pay commissions for requires flexibility, commitment, and a willingness to travel and work beyond standard business hours throughout the calendar year.
- Assist in promoting and selling ReadyFlo Systems products and services across assigned targets within the United States.
- Dedicate approximately 50% of sales efforts toward targeting EPC firms (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).
- Support the company with lead generation, customer follow-ups, quotes, and documentation.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships under the guidance of senior staff.
- Travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed (50%+).- Identify opportunities for diversification outside of oil & gas, including broader energy and industrial markets.
- 3-5 years of experience with industrial products and services-including fabrication, modular equipment, measurement systems, skids, valves, and related components.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (industrial or technical environments preferred).
- Established industry contacts and relationships that can quickly drive growth.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
- High technical competence preferred.
- Motivated to grow and learn from senior sales representatives and other consultants.
- Ability to continue expanding technical knowledge of product lines and industry terminology.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to take action without being prompted.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and ERP experience is a plus.
