We are seeking a Sr. HR Operations Manager to partner with HR leadership to successfully execute local, regional, and corporate human resources programs/initiatives functions include:
- HR Operations Oversight:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and smooth execution of all back-office functions.
- Data and Systems Management:
Maintain and optimize HR systems and databases to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and insightful analysis of HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of payroll and employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant regulations, and alignment with organizational policies. Collaborate with finance and external vendors to ensure timely processing and resolution of payroll and benefits-related issues.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
Collaborate with the SVP to design, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals, drive consistency, and uphold legal and ethical standards.
