Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Description: GridHawk LLC, the premier provider for utility locating, damage prevention services, and other utility services is currently seeking to fill the Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the overall management and provisions of HR services, policies, and programs. This position will work hand in hand with executive staff in order to build, improve, and implement change where necessary. The Manager will work to identify current and future employees needs in order to continuously improve the culture of the company. GridHawk LLC is an equal opportunity employer. We will provide you with the tools you need to achieve including:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Coaches and trains managing staff with communication practices
- Leads implementation of organizations and company support groups
- Reviewing all terminations prior to the communication of the termination
- Send out reviews for the month (through payroll system)
- Correspondence with operational team on on-time performance/compliance
- Leads company compliance with existing government/legal laws and regulations
- Protects the interest of the employees and GridHawk LLC in accordance with all policies, laws and regulations
- Multiple years (2-3 years preferred) of Managerial experience
- Pass a Background Screening (no violations within the last 5 years)
