About the Role
: Reporting to Energy Fuels VP Global Human Resources, and an integral member of the Human Resources Leadership team, the Corporate HR Manager will support and at times lead HR policy and procedure administration, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition. He/She will be providing experience, hands-on development and policy design, training, and leadership, for those areas of responsibility.

- Partner with departments to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate HR initiatives by organizing management meetings, addressing employee concerns, training managers in coaching and discipline techniques, and providing guidance to staff and supervisors.
- Develop, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee compliance with mandatory and voluntary training, continuing education, and performance assessments; maintain accurate documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure HR strategies effectively support organizational goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding; work closely with managers to identify role requirements and desired competencies.
- Design and implement training programs and performance management tools to support employee understanding of roles and expectations.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems and internal processes.
- Conduct performance and compensation reviews; analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and workforce data to inform HR strategies.
- Lead new hire orientation and oversee employee recognition initiatives.
- Administer core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, investigations, performance management, health and safety, and training.
- Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Participate in disciplinary actions, performance discussions, and terminations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct and support internal investigations under the guidance of VP Global HR.
- Support VP Global HR with additional key human resources projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business related area.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
- The ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusiveness, collaboration and teamwork.

- Demonstrated a track record of successfully working with human resources and operational leaders to deliver on HR initiatives that support and solidify the core of HR practices.
- Possess the ability to proactively evaluate HR plans and priorities against anticipated business trends to drive continuous improvement for the business.
- Ability, determination, and tenacity to move major initiatives forward, injecting pace and focus, while consistently thinking of the bottom-line impact of the efforts.
- Results oriented that can take something complicated and make it simply to assure operations and every employee sees the value in it.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
