We are seeking a HR Operations Manager to partner with HR leadership to successfully execute local, regional, and corporate human resources programs/initiatives within the US. Primary functions include:
- Oversee HR Operations
: Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth procedures and effective service delivery surrounding HR backoffice functions.
- Data Management
: Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Compliance
: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.
- Policy Implementation
: Work with SVP to Design, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with labor laws.
- Budget Management
: Review and approve the HR department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
