- Prepare and manage departmental budgets related to HR functions.
- Utilize HR software such as Dayforce, ADP, UltiPro, and Paychex for efficient HR operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce planning needs and organizational development initiatives.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including OSHA compliance.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Proficiency in performance management systems and conflict management techniques.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes within an HR context.
- Experience using HR software such as Dayforce, ADP, UltiPro, or Paychex is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
