Sourcing and Acquisition Coordinator

RJ Mann & Associates is seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated individual to join our Rifle, CO office.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and purchasing of inventory

- Communicate with vendors regarding orders

- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts in the warehouse

- Accurately fulfill and ship customer orders

- Process sales transactions efficiently

- Assist customers in the office and on the phone

- Other tasks as assigned or necessary

Abilities and Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office

- Clear and professional communication skills

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
