Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually assembling and hand soldering electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards.

Starting pay is variable depending upon experience, future pay is up to you, your work ethic and how much you are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic components and systems with through-hole techniques, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards for quality.

- Interpret schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately build and troubleshoot circuits.

- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons to perform precise assembly and adjustments.

- Hand Solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with attention to detail and quality control.

- Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and mechanical specifications.

- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps for quality assurance purposes.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and implement new assembly techniques or equipment as needed.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, fabrication, and soldering processes.

- Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons and other PCB related tools.

- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and quality inspection procedures.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
