Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Starting pay is variable depending upon experience, future pay is up to you, your work ethic and how much you are willing to learn.
- Assemble electronic components and systems with through-hole techniques, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards for quality.
- Interpret schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately build and troubleshoot circuits.
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons to perform precise assembly and adjustments.
- Hand Solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with attention to detail and quality control.
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and mechanical specifications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and implement new assembly techniques or equipment as needed.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, fabrication, and soldering processes.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons and other PCB related tools.
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and quality inspection procedures.
