ATX Solar is expanding its elite residential sales team and opening one immediate slot for a polished, emotionally intelligent in-home solar consultant capable of engaging with affluent homeowners and closing high-value projects with confidence.
This is NOT a lead-gen or canvassing role. You will be stepping directly into a full calendar of qualified appointments — homeowners who have already expressed interest and scheduled time with us. Your responsibility is to run the consultation and close the deal.
- Conduct high-trust, high-level consultations with qualified homeowners
- Translate energy economics & utility escalation into structured ROI logic
- Present a premium experience, not a transactional pitch
- Close deals — same-visit or controlled follow-up cycles
- Represent the brand at a level that commands confidence and referrals
- Former home services / roofing / energy / security / financial reps / teachers
- Poised, consultative, emotionally aware — not hype or gimmick oriented
- Obsessed with precision, presentation, and follow-through
- Understands relationship selling, not pressure selling
- Can respectfully control the direction of a conversation- $150,000 – $300,000+ realistic first-year earnings - Base pay + commissions + performance incentives
- Direct path to Senior Consultant role
- Full benefits package including 401k
- Prior in-home closing experience preferred(solar not required)
- Driver’s license, professional appearance, and reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a background check
- Availability for evenings and weekends — decision makers expect flexibility
