We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our crew as a Solar Installation Helper (Gopher.) This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, can follow directions, and wants to move into an apprentice and installer role. Starting pay is minimum wage, with opportunities for raises as you advance. For the motivated candidate, we offer on-the-job training with experienced solar professionals and a path to apprenticeship and full installer roles. - Responsibilities

- Assist installation crews with daily tasks on job sites. This is a fast-paced environment that requires focus and good situational awareness to keep the team safe and on track.

- Load, unload, and carry tools, materials and equipment as needed.

- Keep the construction site organized and hazard-free.

- Support team members in preparing and efficiently completing solar panel installations.

- Perform general labor and learn hands-on skills from experienced installers.

Experience

- No prior solar experience is required. We will train the right person.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Of utmost importance is a positive, can-do attitude. We need a team player with a strong work ethic and reliability to support the crew.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
