We seek to hire motivated solar installers in Odessa, Texas to:

- Perform solar installations in coordination with the Project Manager.

- Supervise works related to the project and ensure that the executed are in accordance with requirements.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in systems and provide on-field and remote assistance to the installation team.

- Work from standard work instructions, engineering drawings, oral instructions, and established shop practices.

- Willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications:

- Installation Experience: 2 years (Required)

- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

- Journeyman Electrican License (Preferred)

- Apprentice Electrican License (Required)
