Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience with various tools and equipment used in solar panel installation. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring that solar systems are installed efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops or ground-mounted systems.

- Utilize hand tools, power tools

- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels based on structural integrity and sunlight exposure.

- Perform electrical work related to solar installations, including low voltage wiring and connections.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Experience

- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction or installation roles.

- Electrical experience is highly desirable, particularly with low voltage systems, but is not a requirement.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
