Solar Installer

As a Solar Installer, you will perform the installation process of solar panels — roof and ground mounts including installing mounting rails and solar panels, connecting wires together, running conduit to a roof mounting junction box to ensure a high quality install with a focus on team work, efficiency, and do-it-right the first time.

- High School diploma or GED preferred, associate degree or trade school experience in construction a plus - 7-10+ years prior experience in construction involving solar, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, roofing, or related trades (Required)

- A minimum of 2 years of solar installation or solar service experience (Preferred)

- Certifications with major solar equipment manufacturers (Preferred)

- Experience in the use of power tools, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. (Required)

- Direct experience in electrical work (Preferred)

- Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property.

- Clean driving record with the ability to regularly operate a fleet vehicle (Required)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Team work and positive attitude are key
