We are looking for a Solar Installer to join our growing team and help us bring solar energy to more homes across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar panel installation, a solid understanding of roofing or electrical systems, and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels, racking, and related equipment according to industry standards and safety protocols

- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on solar systems

- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics

- Conduct system tests to ensure proper functionality

- Follow all safety procedures on job sites

- Provide professional customer service and troubleshoot issues when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Location:

- Coraopolis, PA (must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

- 1+ year roofing experience (required)

- NABCEP Certification (preferred but not required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $21.25 - $29.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Roofing: 1 year (Required)

- Solar installation: 1 year (Preferred)
