This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Record and edit videos.

- Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our community.

- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance public relations efforts.

- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

- Answer customer inquiries

- Answer phone calls and emails from customers

Skills

- Proven experience in social media management across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

- Strong content creation skills with a knack for storytelling through visuals and text.

- Knowledge of advertising on social media platforms to effectively promote campaigns.

- Strong public relations skills to manage brand reputation online.

- Excellent relationship management abilities to foster connections with followers and influencers.

- Proficient in social listening techniques to understand audience sentiment and feedback.

- A passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
