- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.

- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.

- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing eye-catching visuals; leverage video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content.

- Plan and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns using targeted audience segmentation to maximize reach and ROI.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility across digital channels.

- Analyze web analytics (Google Analytics), social media metrics (Hootsuite, Buffer), and campaign data to measure success and refine strategies accordingly.

- Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members to enhance brand presence.

- Oversee public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating outreach efforts.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive branding efforts across all channels.

- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer (application), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and Facebook Advertising.

- Demonstrated ability in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation tailored for diverse audiences.

- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools, and social listening platforms.

- Strong understanding of branding strategies within an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.

- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery.
