Grown Brilliance is seeking a dynamic, taste-driven, and multitalented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the brand’s presence across social channels. This role is responsible for shaping our daily storytelling, elevating our visual world, and ensuring Grown Brilliance shows up with the polish, sophistication, and cultural awareness expected of a modern luxury brand.

The ideal candidate possesses a natural on-camera presence, excellent aesthetic judgment, strong creative instincts, and the ability to execute content end-to-end — from concept to delivery. This role works closely with the Art Director and marketing team to bring the brand’s vision to life.

Job ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities

● Develop, prepare, and implement daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional channels

● Serve as an on-camera presence for styling videos, storytelling, product highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle moments

● Shoot, edit, and deliver elevated short-form videos aligned with the brand’s luxury codes

● Produce simple graphic assets including story layouts, social templates, branded text treatments, moodboards, and campaign recaps

● Assist with basic design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) or Figma

● Manage content calendars; propose platform-specific content strategy and adjustments based on performance

● Capture still photography and video during campaign shoots, retail events, influencer moments, and internal brand happenings

● Stay ahead of cultural and social trends; filter them through a luxury lens to maintain brand consistency

● Support the Art Director and broader marketing team with content needs across retail, campaign, and PR initiatives

● Act as a proactive force in growing the brand’s social presence, identifying opportunities for engagement and storytelling

● Maintain the brand’s visual world with exceptional attention to detail across color, styling, composition, and typography

● Demonstrate a flexible, hands-on approach — assisting in product styling, set preparation, talent support, and day-to-day creative needs

● Uphold Grown Brilliance’s brand standards and guidelines across all published content

Profile

● Confident, polished, and comfortable on camera

● Strong personal aesthetic aligned with modern luxury; personal social following of 10k+ preferred

● Skilled in short-form video creation (shooting, editing, lighting, framing)

● Foundational graphic design and layout abilities

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for quick-turn social assets

● Excellent understanding of social platforms, performance indicators, and emerging content formats

● Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment

- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit

- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
