As coordinator, you’ll be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating site supervision technicians. You’ll serve as the team’s point of contact, following up on activities, deliverable quality and compliance with standards. Your role will focus more on supervision, planning and technical support, with limited presence on worksites.

- Plan and organize technician assignments across various job sites
- Monitor and validate daily and non-conformity reports produced by the team
- Support technicians in resolving technical and administrative issues
- Attend coordination meetings with clients and design offices
- Ensure work compliance and apply health and safety standards, mainly by monitoring indicators and reports
- Organize and track required team training
- Update and analyze performance logs and indicators
- Ensure effective communication between technicians, clients and other stakeholders
- Occasionally visit sites, mainly for follow-ups or exceptional situations

- College diploma in civil engineering technology or equivalent training (bachelor's degree in civil engineering an asset)
- Relevant experience in site supervision or technical team coordination
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Proficiency in report writing and document management
- Available for occasional travel to client sites or offices
