What will you be doing?

- Early Project Engagement – Collaborate from the start on tendering, scope reviews, and cost/time estimations to ensure seamless execution.

- Expert Subsea Support – Partner with installation engineers and project teams to review procedures for ROV tasks, tie-ins, structure installations, and pre-commissioning.

- Precision Tooling Solutions – Assess and define tooling requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and manage internal and external equipment requests.

- Rental & Supplier Management – Oversee SURF & IRM project rentals, manage contracts and purchase orders, and liaise with trusted third-party suppliers.

- End-to-End Tooling Control – Track ROV tooling from deployment to return, ensure readiness on vessels, and lead offshore tooling technicians for flawless operations.

- Proven Technical Leadership – Combine a solid engineering background with extensive management experience to drive best practices and operational excellence.

- Exceptional Coordination Skills – Organize, liaise, and build consensus to solve complex challenges with precision and efficiency.

- Interface Expertise – Understand and manage relationships across projects, operations, offshore resources, engineering teams, and third-party partners.

- Qualified & Experienced – Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred, backed by hands-on offshore technical expertise in subsea intervention operations.

- Specialized Knowledge – Deep understanding of equipment and tooling for critical subsea tasks, ensuring flawless execution every time.
