We are seeking a Lead Integration Engineer
with deep expertise in
Identity & Access Management (IAM)and
Privileged Access Management (PAM), specifically supporting
enterprise password vault solutions. This is a hands-on, hybrid role ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys solving security and access challenges at scale.
You will play a key role in securing enterprise systems, supporting critical infrastructure, and enhancing access control frameworks across the organization.
- Administer, maintain, and enhance
enterprise credential vault and PAM solutions
- Provide
Tier 2/3 technical support
, including troubleshooting complex system, application, and access-related issues
- Monitor and manage systems including
backup, vulnerability management, incident response, and asset management
- Analyze and troubleshoot
encryption protocols (SSL/TLS)
, web traffic, and network-level issues
- Support and optimize
IAM frameworks
, including
SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, and access controls
- Act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for privileged identity and access technologies
- Develop and maintain
technical documentation, SOPs, and system workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
- Recommend and implement improvements to
security posture, system performance, and operational efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical supportsupporting
Enterprise Password Vault / PAM solutions
- Strong expertise in:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Active Directory / LDAP
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Proven experience in
Tier 2/3 support
and incident resolution in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of
encryption protocols (SSL/TLS)
and secure communications
- Experience with
security tools, monitoring systems, and incident response processes
- Ability to work independently and handle complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Associate’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with
Enterprise Credential Vault systems
- Strong
PAM + IAM expertise- Proven
Tier 2/3 support experience
- Currently employed and able to complete a multi-week onboarding process
- Must be
local to one of the listed FRB locations
and able to work hybrid
