Shipping, Receiving, Assembly and Inventory Lead

Fab Metal LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable team lead in our Shipping and Receiving Department. This role will involve alternating between shipping, receiving, inventory and assembly responsibilities, including:

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, account for, and locate supplies and parts within the facility.

- Accurately enter materials data into the computer system.

- Inspect parts and develop inspection checklists.

- Prepare finished goods for shipment using various shipping methods, including FedEx and UPS.

- Perform mechanical assembly as needed.

- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.

- Occasionally drive delivery van and box truck for shipments.

- Operate a forklift safely within the plant.

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

- Capability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and good housekeeping practices.

- Adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.

Additional Duties:

- Assist teammates in product assembly and parts manufacturing to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

- Be qualified in both shipping and receiving workstations, as well as in quality inspection of incoming materials.

- Flexibility to adapt to various work assignments as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
