- Processing orders and other requirements in customer portals
- Communication with customers and internal production team to effectively achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer open orders.
- Act as a liaison between Everyday and our customers regarding order status, schedule changes and other inquiries as required.
- Maintain a keen awareness and desire to maintain strong customer relations.
- Monitor customer health and escalate concerns to management or the President as required.
- Strong analytical and basic mathematical skills.
- Basic print reading and metrology skills
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to efficiently navigate, evaluate information, enter data, and generate reports within the ERP system and customer portals.
- Ability to multitask and perform responsibilities with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with computers, including working within various screens of the ERP system, customer portals and other applications, including within Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to compose professional email communications.
- Ability to work within a team environment, effectively communicating needs and priorities.
