The Logistics Coordinator will assist with various aspects of the day-to-day operations including completing export documentation, handling of inbound and outbound freight shipments, utilizing various modes of transport for domestic and international shipments. The Logistics Coordinator will be a point of contact for all logistics inquiries from staff, customers, and service providers.
- 3-5 years of experience in import/export roles.
- CCS, CITP, or TDG Designations (complete or in-progress) will be considered an asset.
- Experience with and working knowledge of the Customs Export Reporting System (CERS).
- Experience working in a quality excellence environment, identifying and applying continuous improvement practices.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a self-directed manner in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Shift is Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
