Join John Zink in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a Sheetmetal Fabrication Technician, responsible for safely setting up and operating sheet metal equipment such as water jet, press brake, laser, rolls, and shear in compliance with company, safety, and environmental standards. The role requires accurately interpreting blueprints, producing parts to specification, promptly reporting safety issues, and completing required training to maintain compliance and technical proficiency.

- Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

- Set up and operate a variety of Sheet Metal equipment, including Water jet, Rolls, Press-Brake, Laser, and Shear, following established procedures and safety guidelines

- Promptly report accidents, injuries, and safety hazards to supervisors and take appropriate actions.

- Complete required training within specified timelines to maintain knowledge and compliance.

- Operate Sheet Metal equipment, interpret blueprints accurately, and produce parts to specifications.

- Continuously improve department efficiency, maintain clean work areas, and seek opportunities for process enhancements.

- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately to ensure precise execution of manufacturing tasks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Experience operating waterjet, plasma table, burn table, or similar equipment.

- Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

What Will Put You Ahead

- Knowledge of 2-axis CNC operation

- Experience with other Sheet Metal equipment, such as rolls, press-brake, laser, shear.
