Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support and maintain a newly implemented ITSM module. This is a remote position with quarterly in-office visits required.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM platform
•
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
•
Configure workflows, forms, scripts, and service catalog items
•
Develop reports, dashboards, and system integrations
•
Recommend enhancements and support platform expansion
•
Create documentation and train users
•
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
Requirements:
•
3+ years of ServiceNow admin/development experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required*
•
Strong ITSM module experience
•
JavaScript, Glide scripting, and API knowledge
•
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
Preferred:
•
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
•
Experience in public sector or Medicaid environments
