Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Manager to oversee scheduling, invoicing, customer follow-ups, and office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & Coordination
•Manage and optimize service schedules for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
•Dispatch technicians efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and minimal downtime.
•Communicate appointment details clearly to customers and field teams.
2. Invoicing & Billing
•Generate and process accurate invoices for completed jobs.
•Track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
•Maintain organized financial records in collaboration with the accounting team.
3. Customer Follow-Up & Support
•Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Address service inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.
•Maintain a high standard of customer service via phone, email, and CRM systems.
4. Office & Administrative Duties
•Maintain and update customer records in company databases (CRM, Excel, etc.).
•Order and track inventory of service-related materials.
•Assist with general office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Experience: 2+ years in scheduling, dispatching, or office management (solar/construction industry a plus).
•Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and CRM software.
•Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills—must be professional and courteous.
•Organization: Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and logistical challenges.
