The

Senior ServiceNow Engineer

will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow capabilities and best practices to enhance IT operations efficiency.
