Position Background:

The Service Technician is integral to the Company operations and is essentials in assuring Client retention through the provision of hands-on customer service. The career growth of a Service Technician is dependent upon personal interest, inclinations, and abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and promote excellent relationships through clear and accurate communication

- Take instruction from Project Manager and/or Dispatch to ensure tasks are completed in a safe manner

- Use, clean, and maintain the different tools required at the worksite

- Take responsibility for all related site functions

- Perform routine onsite housekeeping duties

- Fill required paperwork

- Observe all safety procedures and use proper Personal Protective Equipment

- Perform other related duties as required

- Install, troubleshoot, and demobilize Company equipment for the benefit of the client and providing instructions on the proper usage of the item

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

- Minimum 3 years oilfield and/or construction experience

- Valid class 5 driver's license with clean driver’s abstract

- Fluent in English language

- High school diploma or GED

- Familiar and comfortable with various saws, grinders and other hand tools

- Ability to work independently

Working Conditions

- Regularly required to stand/sit, talk/hear, stoop, climb, lift, balance, kneel and use of hands/fingers to operate tools, machinery and materials

- Moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required

- Use of mechanical aids, overhead crane, forklift, pallet jack, and dolly may be required

- Possible exposure to sewage and related materials

- Exposure to sharp edges, pinch points, trip and slip hazards, and blind spots

- Required to work weekends and outside of regular office hours

- Required to work outside in all different weather conditions including extreme cold and heat
